We aim for clear delivery and customer satisfaction. Where a refund applies, the process should be transparent. Custom digital production has different rules from off-the-shelf goods.
Refund window
Where a refund is available, you may request it in writing within 15 days of purchase, using the refund form we provide. Eligibility depends on the service type and work already performed.
Non-refundable services
Generally not refundable once ordered/activated or custom-produced: domain registration/transfer; custom content placement; SSL certificates issued for a domain; custom SEO/promotional content packages; custom web design and development; custom software; e-commerce setup tailored to the client; approved UI/UX work; mobile apps delivered to the client; SEO/ads campaigns already launched; social media management once planning/content has started.
Process details
Refunds require full prior payment of the service fee where applicable. Card processing fees may be deducted. Corporate clients may need to issue a formal refund invoice; otherwise VAT may be withheld from the refund. Shipping/bank transfer costs related to the refund may be deducted if they apply.
