Purpose
This agreement type covers web design, development and software projects between Arla Medya and the client, including scope, milestones, payment, acceptance, IP and responsibilities.
Typical structure
Discovery and offer → advance payment → design/development → client feedback within agreed revise rights → delivery and remaining payment → warranty period. Exact percentages and timelines are in the signed offer.
Client inputs
Briefs, content, brand assets and timely approvals are required. Missing inputs delay delivery without fault on Arla Medya’s side.
Revisions & extras
Revisions within the agreed package are included; out-of-scope changes are quoted separately under the revision policy.
IP
Upon full payment, rights in deliverables transfer as stated in the Turkish contract/offer. Third-party licences (fonts, plugins, stock) remain subject to their owners’ terms.
