How does the project process work? Payment and delivery?
Discovery, clear scope, staged delivery and written revision rules—progress without surprises.
A healthy project does not start with “just build it.” It starts by clarifying the need. A short discovery covers goals, priorities and success metrics so the proposal stays realistic for both work and budget.
Typical flow: discovery → proposal and scope → agreement → design/prototype or architecture → build steps → testing → go-live → short stabilisation. Payments usually follow stages with clear outputs. That protects both sides.
Delivery is not a single click. Content, access, third-party accounts and training must be planned or timelines slip. Revision rules are written upfront: what is in scope, what is extra work? Ambiguity is the most expensive line item.
After go-live, bugfix, small improvements and maintenance are discussed separately. Clear process, clear channels and written decisions keep the project from becoming an endless chat thread.
