Agreement
These terms govern visits to www.arlamedya.com and professional services (web, software, marketing, design, hosting, consulting, etc.). Ordering or using services means you accept these terms, the privacy notice and related policies.
Services & offers
Scope, timeline and fees are set in a written offer/proforma accepted by the client. The offer forms part of the agreement. We may update public site materials; binding scope remains the signed offer.
Client duties
Provide accurate materials and approvals on time; ensure content is lawful and rights-cleared; use services lawfully; keep access credentials secure; pay invoices as agreed; cooperate during delivery. Delays caused by the client may shift the schedule.
Arla Medya duties
Deliver professional work within the agreed scope; protect confidential client information; provide support within warranty/maintenance limits. We may suspend services for non-payment or material breach.
Fees
Fees follow the offer/invoice (VAT stated separately where applicable). Late payment may attract interest and suspension as set out in the Turkish terms and offer.
IP & portfolio
IP transfer for custom work is defined in the offer/contract. Unless you object in writing, we may show non-confidential work in our portfolio.
