What actually affects website cost?
Price follows work: design depth, integrations, content, quality bar—not a vague “website” label.
Two “company websites” can differ wildly in price because the job list differs. A static brochure is not the same as quote flows, multi-language, booking, payments, or CRM hooks. Cheap quotes often omit those line items—then add them later.
Cost drivers include custom UI, mobile UX, SEO foundations, forms and automation, third-party APIs, content production, training/handover, and maintenance. Hosting and domains are separate ongoing costs.
Manage budget by priority: ship what converts first (speed, mobile, clear CTAs, contact paths, basic SEO), then phase nice-to-haves. That keeps a usable site online without pretending everything must launch day one.
A useful conversation is scope + phases + ownership—not a single number with no assumptions. We outline options for your context in the proposal.
